Amazing Stay!
easy transport great professionalism
I appreciated the closeness to the water station for easy transport (it made arrival so smooth!). The hotel's proximity to the train station was super convenient for day trips. It saved so much time. The staff was amazing. Their professionalism and recommendations were great, I really appreciate their service!
I did notice that the soundproofing in my room could be improved. I could hear quite a bit of noise from the adjacent room, a little disruptive. I think it is important to fix this problem for a better experience.

Breakfast offered a great selection of items including fresh pastries and fruits (I really enjoyed the variety!). The bar had a nice atmosphere and served expertly crafted cocktails. Ana was accommodating and catering to all client needs.

The front desk staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. Mattia offered the best reservation experiences. Their attentiveness, the staff is really awesome and the best ever.

The common spaces were beautifully designed and well-kept. The hotel is beautiful. The bar was amazing and had a relaxing area. All areas were clean and beautifully decorated.

The hotel is situated just outside the main busy areas. This provides a quieter environment, yet it is still close to attractions. The Vaporetto stop is steps away (very convenient!).

The hotel features original details. The ceilings throughout the building are gorgeous. I got a room upgrade when I arrived, it was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast offered various choices.
The room rate seem high for the level of service I experienced. When I had some questions, responses from the front desk weren't quick. There was only one complimentary bottle of water provided in the room during my first day.
